Michael Marrazzo
Michael Marrazzo is the Founder and CEO of Summit Facility Solutions, a national leader in integrated facilities management. With a relentless focus on innovation, customer service, and operational excellence, Michael has grown Summit from a regional janitorial provider into a comprehensive, multi-division powerhouse serving clients across the United States and Canada.
Under his leadership, Summit has been recognized as a four-time INC. 5000 National honoree (best rank #85, Top 100), a four-time INC. 5000 Regionals Northeast honoree (best rank #6), a finalist for EY's Entrepreneur of the Year® and NJBIZ Business of the Year 2024, a 2023 INC. Power Partner Award recipient, and recipient of the BSCAI Emerging Leader Award and the 2025 Global Recognition Award™.
His signature motto — "a partnered approach to commercial cleaning and facilities management" — reflects a culture of collaboration that empowers clients, employees, and vendor partners alike. With deep expertise in process optimization, workforce management, and multi-site operations, Matt ensures that every client receives consistent, high-quality facility services across all locations.
Augie Vargetto serves as Chief Financial Officer of Summit Facility Solutions, providing the financial leadership and strategic oversight that underpins Summit's growth trajectory. With extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and business strategy, Augie brings a disciplined, data-driven perspective to every aspect of Summit's operations.
